These little boxes house GigaTrue Category 6 and GigaBase CAT5e Jacks, and Snap Fittings. Because the jacks take cables fed in from the sides to accommodate low-clearance environments, they require these low-profile housings with side openings. The Surface-Mount Housings also feature knockouts that make them perfect for use with the Media Track systems. Both types of housings work with Media Track 6.
