Five-Year Warranty on most Remanufactured Phones and Phone Repair Services

We offer a five-year warranty on most of our remanufactured phones and phone repair services. Your phones are tested, repaired, cleaned, sanitized, and painted - to certified specifications as good or better than OEM specs. After a final test, your phones are repackaged with a new literature pack, coil cord, base cord, and handset. Best of all, they are guaranteed for 5 years!

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you're unsatisfied within 30 days of delivery, we'll refund your money on any Black Box Resale Services purchase. Products must be returned in the original, unopened, box with all packing materials.

  • » New products will not be accepted if any writing, stickers, etc are on the outside of the original box.
  • » Black Box Resale Services serial numbers are required on all returned remanufactured or repaired products.
  • » This guarantee excludes all headset products and software keycodes.

  • » Upon approval, your sales representative will email you an RMA number to include when you return your equipment to Black Box Resale Services.
  • » All returns must have a RMA number.
  • » We will ship your replacements within 24 hours of claim approval by Black Box Resale Services Sales.

  • » Items physically damaged due to misuse, acts of nature or environmental exposure.
