The Avaya 9620 IP Telephone is geared to the "everyday" user profile, the individual that fields a modest number of calls a day and needs straightforward telephony. The 9620 supports up to 12 call appearances or administered feature keys. The backlit display shows three concurrent line call appearance with helpful LED lights to indicate status. The 9620 has a built in speakerphone and supports a call log with up to 100 entries.
