NetLink SVP Server
The NetLink SVP Server is a required hardware component of the system that ensures excellent voice quality is maintained in a shared wireless voice and data network. The NetLink SVP Server can support up to 400 users, depending on average Wireless Telephone usage. As the Wireless Telephone user roams throughout the facility, the call is handed off between access points.

  • Dedicated nework appliance
  • Supports 120 simultaneous calls in conjunction with a NetLink Telephony Gateway and 80 simultaneous calls in a system that does not require a Telephony Gateway
  • Provides SVP encapsulation of voice packets to allow prioritization in access points
