| Cisco 7900 Series Phone Repair Process |

- Full test and assessment of the broken phone
- Repair or replace the non-functioning components
- Physically damaged displays and/or shells may carry an additional charge
- Full refurbishment of the phone once it’s been repaired. This includes:
- Cleaning
- Re-boxing
- Replacing old coil cord with new
- There is no charge if the phone is unrepairable
- There is no charge if a phone is deemed NTF (no trouble found)
- A Two Year Warranty is applied to any phone we are able to repair
