Our 90-day limited warranty on all data products, except Cisco phones which carry a two-year limited warranty and Adtran products which carry a five-year limited warranty, guarantees we will replace your new, remanufactured, repaired or advance replacement Black Box Resale Services data products if the product was purchased from Black Box Resale Services and there are defects in materials or workmanship. NON-DOA returns (you decided not to keep the item even though it is in good working condition) may be subject to a restocking fee plus shipping.
